Location3 was retained by Healthy Spot during an asset sale to examine all leases in the current operating portfolio. After a comprehensive review, a select group of stores were targeted for lease renegotiation, including term extensions, use clause modifications, and rent restructuring.

At the end of this process Location3 was able to reduce occupancy costs chainwide in an amount exceeding $1.6M over a several year operating period.
