TROLLEY SQUARE

Location3’s principals were retained by a major real estate fund to develop a comprehensive redevelopment plan for an historic project in the heart of Salt Lake City, Trolley Square.

Trolley Square was a turn of the century trolley station which was converted in the early 1960’s to a shopping center.

Location3 secured Whole Foods as an anchor tenant for the project and developed a building with two levels of parking above the store. The merchandise plan was reworked and additional retail space was added to create a dining/entertainment area.
